Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has backed Erling Haaland to score many more goals this season.
The Citizens still have six games remaining in the Premier League as they seek to win the title.
With Haaland already level with Andy Cole and Alan Shearer on 34 goals as the most any player has ever scored in the Premier League in a single season, he is set to break the record.
The latter duo managed those numbers when there were more games, but Haaland will still likely beat their tallies.
"Of course it's good for him and the team, it's a good sign, the magnitude of a record is for a long time it's not broken," said Guardiola to reporters.
"All will be broken one day. I'm pretty sure he'll score more in the Premier League until the end of the season."
