Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits he began the season feeling "tired".

However, winning the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup has helped re-motivate him for the second-half of the season.

Guardiola explained: "You can't imagine how happy I am that we are where we are in the different competitions this season.

"I was tired at the beginning of the season and I was a little worried about all the challenges we have faced.

"But we have already won two titles..."

Guardiola also spoke of former City manager Sven Goran Eriksson and his cancer admission: "He is a true gentleman, it is really news sad. I admire the courage to explain the situation. He will be with his loved ones. Of course, we will all support it. Whatever we can do, we will do."
