Guardiola always expected to come again under great managerial rival Jurgen Klopp.
Ahead of today's clash at Luton Town, Guardiola said: Arsenal's consistency over two years has been amazing.
Liverpool are back, I knew it would be like this from the very first day, it was clear for many reasons, the character is still with them.
