Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits he's baffled by the demise of Manchester United.
Guardiola insists United had the players to be more competitive than they have been over the past decade.
"I know what we have done in recent years, but I don't know what Manchester United has done and I can't explain why they aren't fighting for the title," he said.
"But I didn't expect it, honestly: when I arrived there was Jose Mourinho on the bench, Ibrahimovic in front, Lukaku signed in 2017..."
"Unity from top to bottom and a common direction throughout the club. We did it like that from day one and it worked."
