Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola hailed the hunger of his players after their win against Everton.
It marked a tenth consecutive victory for the Sky Blues.
Guardiola said: Positivity makes you perform better. If you feel sorry for yourself nothing happens," Guardiola pointed out.
I wanted to see how the players reacted after Treble but since day one I didn't have doubts. Phil [Foden] has played better than last season. Julian [Alvarez] played more than last season.
I see the team every day and in my opinion it's fresher, better.
I love to win these types of games because we learn the lesson for what is coming.
The Champions League is there and [then] Chelsea is next week.
The feeling of the team on the day one after winning the Treble [was there] and I like what I watch.
That doesn't mean we're going to win but I like it."
