Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola refused to discuss club captain Kyle Walker's personal life.
Walker gave an interview to The Sun where he apologized to his partner for infidelity.
The right-back is in hot water for fathering two children with model Lauryn Goodman.
"I'm not going to talk about that," Guardiola said when asked by reporters about the story.
"Not at all."
"I support him and [his wife] Annie and don't talk one word about personal issues of my players."
Asked if Walker would remain captain, Guardiola added: "Absolutely because it's a decision for the team and not mine."
