Manchester City have cleared physio Mario Pafundi to work with the Norway squad almost free of charge.
Pafundi has joined the staff on Erling Haaland's recommendation.
"I would say that it is Erling and Manchester City's wish. And then it happened that when that inquiry came, we were also on the lookout," said Norway coach Stale Solbakken.
"Now we can bring in a fourth (fitness coach), because then we have (money) left in the budget. But he is doing a good job."
