Manchester City youth boss Brian Barry-Murphy was very happy with how the Under-19s coped in the UEFA Youth League yesterday.
They managed to snag a comfortable 3-1 win against Copenhagen on Tuesday.
The Sky Blues are now a win away from qualifying for the last 16 of the competition.
"I'm so pleased with the way the players performed," said Barry-Murphy, per the club website.
"It's a testing place to come, but it looked as though it was going to be comfortable in the second-half, but they scored a goal and came back strongly.
"We knew it would be a different challenge form the one back home, so I was very pleased at the way we adapted.
"Our next game against Dortmund will be an extreme examination of how good we are, and we want to back up this performance.
"The lads showed courage and resilience and if we do that again in Germany, we have a chance of progressing."
