Manchester City defender Manuel Akanji insists they weren't surprised by Inter Milan last night.
Inter ran City close before losing the Champions League final 1-0.
Akanji told TMW: "It was an incredible feeling, I didn't want to celebrate ahead of time and I tried to check the emotions in the finale.
"I'm still trying to realise what we did, it's amazing.
"They had several opportunities to score, I expected an Inter like this, we knew they could be dangerous, luckily they didn't score tonight."
