Manchester City chiefs have addressed the players after their Premier League financial fair play charges.
The Athletic reports at about 2pm on Monday, City directors met with players and coaching staff at the club's training base.
Assurances were made that the club did not make any violations. City chiefs also promised to clear the club's name.
The Premier League accused Manchester City of numerous violations of financial rules.
City issued a statement following the allegations of financial wrongdoing, saying they were surprised by the claims.
