The former fitness trainer of Manchester City fullback Issa Kabore expects him to stay with Olympique Marseille.
Kabore has battled for minutes so far this season after joining OM on-loan.
There has been talk of Kabore quitting in January, but his former fitness coach at Le Havre, Olivier Rodriguez, told La Provence: "I would be surprised if he gave up. It's a step in his career. It's up to him to move the lines. Sometimes he wants to do so well that he does too much.
"But I still believe in his potential."
