Manchester City have received an approach from a team to sign Josh Wilson-Esbrand.
The youngster is wanted by a Premier League club on a loan deal.
However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano states that Wilson-Esbrand has a lot of admirers at City.
While he is not a first team player as yet, he is considered a backup by manager Pep Guardiola.
The club believe that Wilson-Esbrand will get his chances to shine this season.
They would rather he stays, rather than allowing him to go on a year-long loan deal.
