Manchester City are close to securing Phil Foden to a new deal.
The Athletic reports the parties are only a few minor details away from agreeing on a new contract, which will run until the summer of 2027.
The 22-year-old Foden has never considered leaving City, but talks over the contract extension had dragged on as the player has moved houses.
Foden's current agreement runs until the summer of 2024.
The midfielder scored a hat-trick in yesterday's derby rout of Manchester United.
