Manchester City are moving for 14 year-old Sunderland goalkeeper Toby Bell.
The Sun says City are willing to cough up a fee for Bell.
The teen has come through the same system as Jordan Pickford and Anthony Schofield.
The deal with City would see a massive bonus paid should Bell make their first team.
