Manchester City are edging closer to signing highly-rated Le Havre centre-back Isaak Touré.
The 19-year-old is a highly rated prospect in France, and is also being chased by Marseille.
The French youth international has already visited City's training facilities, and the Premier League champions are close to sealing an agreement with Le Havre.
French sources go on to state that Toure will likely be sent back out on loan, likely to a team within the City Football Group.
One possibility is Troyes, as City have a relationship with the club, and have loaned them players in the past.
Toure made 17 league appearances for Le Havre last season.
