Manchester City turned on the charm earlier this season with Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham.
City are among the suitors for the young England international.
After their Champions League encounter in October, City presented the midfielder with a shirt signed by Erling Haaland after the 0-0 draw, says The Sun.
Bellingham, 19, was invited into City's dressing room and given the top his old team-mate wore in the Champions League tie.
City management believe Bellingham is attracted by the prospect of playing with Haaland and for manager Pep Guardiola.
