Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden says manager Phil Guardiola always puts an emphasis on team spirit.
Speaking at the premiere of CityTV's 'Together: Champions Again!' documentary series, Foden revealed that creating togetherness and team spirit is a key part of Guardiola's managerial style.
"He's really good at it, bringing everyone together," Foden said. "We have a big squad and everyone has to be ready to play.
"You see that all year round, everyone has to be ready to step up.
"Everyone sticking together in moments like those is so important and that's why we win a lot of trophies."
