KOTA KINABALU: A man in his 40s was killed after being electrocuted while painting a house in Kampung Likas here on Wednesday morning.
Firefighters from Lintas arrived within minutes after a 10.03am emergency call, but the victim, who suffered severe electrical burns, was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel.
The operation ended at 11.10am after the area was declared safe, with the body handed over to police for further investigation, assisted by Sabah Electricity and health officials.
