- The incident occurred near Newpound Common, Wisborough Green, around 9.20am on Friday, 19 September.
- His body was discovered in a field at 1.50pm following an extensive search by police.
- The man was part of a group on a balloon flight travelling from Billingshurst to Dunsfold, Surrey.
- Police are not treating the death as suspicious, and formal identification is yet to take place.
