PENAMPANG: A 48-year-old man was found dead in a room in Penampang Baru at 8.40am, Monday.
The Sabah Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) Operations Centre report identified the victim as Sulaiman @ Arman Mosrih.
Eight firemen were dispatched to the scene to force open the room door.
“The body was handed over to police for further action,” a spokesperson for the agency said, adding operations ended at 9.45 am.
