PENAMPANG: A man was found dead in a locked house in Pasir Putih, Putatan, at 9.30am, Friday.
A spokesman for the Operations Movement Centre (PGO) of the Sabah Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) said they received an emergency call at 9.51am about the incident and dispatched five personnel and a fire engine to the scene.
When the fire brigade arrived at the scene, the locked door of the house was already opened by members of the public.
According to him, the 52-year-old victim was handed over to the police for further action before the operation ended at 10.15am.
