We cannot stress enough how important it is to abide by the traffic rules. It’s not just about the convenience of other road users but also the safety of people around us.

A man in Cheras, KL recently didn’t take it well when he was confronted for driving against traffic in a 1-way lane. The 2-minute video was initially shared on the Facebook group, Myvi 3rd Generations Club Malaysia before other social media pages reshared the post. In the clip, the victim is seen driving on the 1-way lane before reaching the junction just in front of Cheras Leisure Mall.

Before the victim could exit the junction, a driver in a grey Nissan Almera is seen quickly driving into the lane, clearly against the flow of traffic.

When the driver knew the victim was not going to give way, he immediately came out of his car and brandished his machete while scolding the victim.

The driver then reversed his car and the victim exit the junction, but the former was not happy about that. He decided to tailgate the victim, who kept on driving until the man took him over.

The video ended with the man rolling down the window at the driver’s seat and casually waving his machete.
