TAMBUNAN: A man was slightly injured when the 3-tonne truck he was driving skidded on the road at Gunung Emas here on Wednesday.

The District Fire and Rescue Station received a call at 2.25 pm and ten members led by the Operation Commander, Selverinus Sixtus Geoffrey, rushed to the location, 30km from the station.

The 43-year-old victim was given initial treatment and sent to Tambunan Hospital using the EMRS machine for further treatment. The operation ended at 3.12 pm.
