Kota Kinabalu: A man was killed when his Toyota Vios veered off the road, before colliding with a telephone pole and a roadside sign on Jalan Pintas Bulatan, Kg. Kopungit, here, Wednesday.
The Kota Kinabalu Fire and Rescue Station responded swifly to an emergency call and arrived at the scene within four minutes.
A team of 13 firefighters led by Masri Gari worked to extricate the victim using specialised rescue tools.
