Man remanded four days for allegedly insulting Islam

PETALING JAYA: A man, who allegedly insulted Islam in a video that went viral on social media, has been remanded for four days.

He was arrested in his home in Puchong, Selangor yesterday, and will be held at the Dang Wangi district police station lock-up.

The food delivery rider, 39, is investigated under Section 298A of the Penal Code for causing disharmony based on religion.
