KUALA PENYU: The body of a 36-year-old man was found at Pantai Sawangan, about nine kilometres from here, Sunday.
Andreson Nujib went missing while carrying out fishing activities.
A spokesman from the Fire and Rescue Department said the SAR team found the body at the coastal beach at 7.24am after they dived three metres to search for the victim. Villagers and other enforcement agencies also assisted by searching for the victim. The body was handed over to the police for further action. The spokesman said the operation ended at 8.10am.
