KOTA KINABALU: A man climbed to the top of a tower crane at a construction site in Luyang on Monday morning, prompting an emergency response.
The Fire and Rescue Department received the call at 6.57am and arrived at the scene near the Luyang Health Clinic at 7.08am.
The man descended safely on his own and was handed over to the police for further action.
