
- Former Manchester United goalkeeping coach Silvino Louro has passed away at the age of 67.
- Louro worked at United for just under three years after joining the club in 2016, and helped coach the likes of David de Gea and Sergio Romero.
- United paid tribute to Louro on Thursday, as they stated “our thoughts go out to Silvino's family and friends at this difficult time.”
- Louro also worked at Real Madrid between 2010 and 2013 when Jose Mourinho was first-team manager, while he also had a spell at Chelsea.
- The Spanish giants posted a message of condolence to Louro’s loved ones following the news of his death, while Chelsea stated they are “deeply saddened” by his passing.
