The 1958 Manchester United supporters' group have staged anti-Glazer protest at the club's Mayfair office in London.

It's been reported the six members of the Glazer family who have shares in the club were set to receive a large portion of the £11m being handed out through dividends on Friday.

The dividends are paid twice a year, in January and June, with the majority of them going to the Glazers.

The 1958 group, who are describe themselves as 'intent on upholding the values of Manchester United, its culture and tradition', visited the club's London offices on Friday.

They displayed a banner across the entrance to Stratton House, which is located in Mayfair, and put a sticker on the sign adjacent to the path leading up to the entrance.

The banner said: "We want our club back. Some things are worth fighting for."

Uploading the images to Twitter, the 1958 group said: "We thought we'd pay a visit to the United offices in Mayfair today to show our disgust at the leeches taking money out of a failing business. We assume they are busy arranging the Glazers bank transfer!

"These leeches need to go! Some things are worth fighting for…"
