Manchester United face losing Alejandro Garnacho for the end of the season.
With the U20 World Cup being taken away from Indonesia, the tournament is being rescheduled for May 20 to June 11.
Marca says the shake-up has led to Argentina to take advantage and select a full-strength squad - and recall coach Javier Mascherano.
Garnacho will headline the selection, which can also include Matas Soule (Juventus), Luka Romero (Lazio) and Valentn Carboni (Inter).
Among key dates for United are the Europa League semifinals from May 18 and final on May 30.
