Manchester United have announced Antony is returning to training today.
Antony has been questioned by police in Brazil and England over allegations of domestic abuse, which he denies. No charges have been laid and United, after granting the winger a leave of absence, have now brought Antony back into the fold.
Given he has not been arrested, detained or charged, United feel it is appropriate for him to rejoin Erik ten Hag's squad, although the club are stressing the situation remains under review.
"As Antony's employer, Manchester United has decided that he will resume training at Carrington and be available for selection, while police inquiries proceed," said United in a statement.
This will be kept under review pending further developments in the case."
