Manchester United have sold Fred to Fenerbahce.
United have confirmed the clubs are in agreement. However, a medical examination, agreement on personal terms and permission to travel remain before the deal is completed.
The transfer fee is expected to be 15m, including bonuses.
Last season, Fred scored two goals and two assists in 35 games in the Premier League. He has made a total of 32 international matches for Brazil.
