Sancho posted on social media after his team's game against Arsenal, stating that he was being made a scapegoat and lied about.
United are also dealing with issues pertaining to winger Antony, who is the subject of police investigations regarding domestic abuse.
Sancho was linked to a move to the Saudi Pro League, but their deadline day has since passed.
United put out a statement saying Sancho would be on a personal training programme away from the first team" today.
