The Nigeria international has admitted he is considering his options and is "flattered" by interest from Europe's biggest clubs.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says United and Bayern Munich are targeting Osimhen.
Bayern see Osimhen as a replacement for wantaway striker Robert Lewandowski, while United manager Erik ten Hag is seeking a new centre-forward signing.
For their part, Napoli are preparing to lose Osimhen and has Chelsea striker Armando Broja under consideration.
