Manchester United took the allegations made against Brazilian winger Antony seriously.
Erik ten Hag was asked why the forward has resumed his duties with the club. Antony was in the squad for last night's Champions League defeat to Galatasaray.
Antony was away from the team when the allegations were first made public, but is now in the manager's squad.
He has given interviews to police in Brazil, while he also spoke to Greater Manchester Police.
Ten Hag stated on taking the matter seriously, telling TNT Sports: Of course, our minds were with him and of course the allegations, you think about it, is serious.
We took them very serious.
So we had a leave of absence to deal with this and he was fully cooperative with police in Brazil and in Manchester and he's not accused he's available."
