Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag admits he has no update on injured defenders Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez.
Both were forced off during last night's Europa League quarterfinal first-leg 2-2 draw with Sevilla.
Ahead of Sunday's clash with Nottingham Forest, Ten Hag said: "It's not even 24 hours so I don't have a complete diagnosis. I can't tell in this moment.
"We have a lot of decent centre-halves. We have proved in the past and in this season that we have four or five v good centre-halves who can do the job.
"We have to use the squad. We have to win games, so we have to take the right approach [in terms of team selection] to win those games, but when have we have injuries and suspensions it is clear we have the depth in the squad [to cope with that]."
Meanwhile, on fit-again Anthony Martial, he also said: "Maybe he can play 90 minutes, but it is a risk. We can't take that risk in the moment because we don't have so many options in the front line. So we have to be careful.
"We know if we put on a lot of load he gets injued, so we know we have to build it slowly and, when recovery time is less [between games], we have to manage it and be careful."
