Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has welcomed Sir Jim Ratcliffe's shareholding purchase.
United marked the new era with a thrilling 3-2 win against Aston Villa.
Ten Hag said: "I don't think it has affected the players. I stayed informed throughout the process, so I knew what was going on. We look forward to (the changes).
"I think it is positive for the club that they (INEOS) are stepping in.
"They have a lot of experience in sports at the highest level - F1, a cycling team, football clubs. They can only help us and support us to reach our goals. We look ahead. They want to work with us and we want to work with them."
