Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has told Dean Henderson he has to be willing to fight for his spot.
The England goalkeeper wants to leave Old Trafford in search of a guaranteed starting spot.
While Ten Hag admits Henderson may leave this summer, he says the shot stopper must be willing to battle while he is still a Red Devil.
"We have a group of keepers and, as everyone else, you have to fight for your position," Ten Hag told reporters.
"I think that's normal when you're at United. And he is a good goalie, he has to fight and we have to see when he can return to team training."
Henderson has not played in preseason for the Red Devils as yet, with Tom Heaton and new signing Andre Onana featuring.
