Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes believes Portugal are favourites for Euro2024.
Portugal have already qualified for the tournament.
Fernandes said, Honestly, I think so [we are ready]. Being a favourite on paper doesn't always win games and tournaments.
"In Euro 2016 we were not favourites from start to finish and we became European champions. The Portuguese team has a lot of quality and we must always have maximum focus and discipline.
The European Championship starts from scratch, with zero goals and zero points. From the moment the Euro starts, a new stage begins and you have to understand what it takes to reach the end. The difficulty is always high and we have to pay attention to details."
