Manchester United veteran Jonny Evans says his role is strictly as backup.
The 35 year-old was superb for victory at Burnley last night, his first start since re-signing for United last month.
He said afterwards: No, not at all, I was told I'd come in as cover for the other players, which was completely fine.
That's the mindset.
