Manchester United will seek a new centre-half signing in January.
United manager Erik ten Hag and football chief John Murtough are in agreement over the need to find a new central defender over the New Year.
And they already have three names on their shortlist, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
He posted: "Manchester United considering to invest on new important defender in 2024 as internal discussion start.
"Todibo remains on the list, Tapsoba and Antonio Silva also tracked by scouts more names could be added in the next months."
