Manchester United Double winner Andrei Kancheskis has paid tribute to Sir Bobby Charlton.
Charlton passed away on Saturday at the age of 86. He was a director at United when Kanchelskis first signed for the club.
Kanchelskis recalled to Sport-Express: "He and I often crossed paths at Old Trafford.
"He often came into the locker room, we talked to him. He was a very pleasant person. I have a lot of memories with him and Manchester. It's a shame that he died.
"I express my condolences to all the family and friends of Bobby Charlton."
