Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has compared Alejandro Garnacho to Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Red Devils gave their latest starlet a chance to show what he can do, starting him in the Europa League on Thursday.
Garnacho played an important part from the left-wing in a 3-0 win over Sheriff Tiraspol in the group stage clash.
The ex-United star said on BT Sport: “He had real quality the thing I liked about him was he was direct.
“He ran at defenders all the time. He had the stepovers, the tricks that had a bit of function.
“I think he had a bit of everything he was just missing a goal or assist.
“But for 18-years-old he was the most effective of the front three players. He's definitely one for the future and for now actually."
