Manchester United could rue not taking a chance on Enzo Fernandez earlier in his career.
The Argentine World Cup winner transferred to Chelsea this winter from Benfica for a record fee.
However, United could have secured Fernandez 12 months ago, when their scouts were watching the 21-year-old in the Copa Libertadores.

However, United were not in a position to secure a quick transfer, which led to Fernandez signing for Benfica from River Plate.
Since then, his exploits at the World Cup meant Chelsea had to pay a British record 107 million to sign him.
