Manchester United have made a contract offer to Napoli defender Kim Min-jae.
Foot Mercato says United have tabled a 'colossal' salary package to the minders of Kim.
The two parties have been in talks since the end of the midseason World Cup.
United intend to meet Kim's 60m buyout clause when it comes into effect in the first two weeks of July.
Napoli have attempted to negotiate the option out of Kim's deal - which the defender has refused.
