Manchester United winger Amad Diallo has no desire to go out on loan at present.
The Ivory Coast forward is being linked with a move to Middlesbrough in the Championship.
Diallo would have gone to play for United hero Michael Carrick, who manages the Riverside club.
However, the club's rivalry with Sunderland (where Diallo had a loan spell) means he will never line up for Boro.
"Hi mate it's AMAD," a leaked message to a Sunderland fan page said, per The Mirror.
"The rumours bind on a loan to Boro it's fake. If I had to come back on loan to the Championship, it would be Sunderland and not anywhere else."
