Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen returned to full-scale training on Monday.
United manager Erik ten Hag confirmed the development yesterday, with the Dane a week away from a return to action. Eriksen has been missing since January due to an ankle injury.
"He is not ready for tomorrow (match against Brentford), but he will return to the pitch now and he will return to team training today," said Ten Hag.
"So we will have to see how quickly he will be ready.
"We have been missing two quality players (Eriksen and Casemiro), and the games are decided in midfield, so it can be felt when two quality players are missing."
