Manchester United are ready to sell James Garner this month.
Despite his growing reputation, Garner has been made available by United for sale.
The Athletic says United are ready to sell midfielder Garner, 21, for around £14m.
Everton, Southampton and Leeds United are all keen on Garner.
In addition, Tottenham have scouted him after last season's successful loan with Nottingham Forest.
