Manchester United have reaffirmed their commitment to steering clear of the European Super League.
A court ruling has decided that UEFA do not have the rights to ban clubs who join the ESL.
However, United and other English clubs are likely to state they are not interested in the breakaway project.
Top clubs in Spain, Real Madrid and Barcelona, are both at the forefront of the ESL.
A club statement from Man United read: "Our position has not changed. We remain fully committed to participation in UEFA competitions, and to positive cooperation with UEFA, the Premier League, and fellow clubs through the ECA on the continued development of the European game."
German champions Bayern Munich will not take part either, with Bayern CEO Jan Christian Dreesen calling the ESL an "attack on the importance of the national leagues and the structure of European football."
