Manchester United shares have climbed nearly 20 percent this week.

The Red Devils are under serious consideration by several wealthy consortiums for a takeover.

Per the Daily Mail, investors from Qatar will launch a bid for United in the coming days.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, England's richest man, also has an interest in securing the club he supports.

An American consortium may even come into the bidding, as Raine Group is in charge of bringing the offers to the Glazers.

The Qatari group is said to be made up of private, high-wealth individuals.
